Your tasks
- Central point in contact with authorities regarding environmental topics related to “Operations Department for Combined Cycle Power Plant Brazi (CCPP);
- Issue the documentation and coordinates the process to obtain the Integrated Environment Permit and CO2 – greenhouse gas emissions permit for CCPP Brazi;
- Coordination role in environment specific topics for CCPP;
- Coordinates the implementation of best available techniques in Environment Protection area and projects implementation for CCPP and Petrobrazi refinery;
- Ensures the implementation of the Integrated Management system provisions for the activity of the “Operations Department” for CCPP (Petrom policy, directives, standards of the Division, manuals, decisions, procedures, guides, regulations, instructions, applicable external documents);
- Manages an efficient and timely authorization process in order to obtain all the necessary environmental permits for CCPP and Refinery projects;
- Analyze department activities and propoze optimization solutions, initiate projects and active participation as technical authority for his area of expertize
- Implementation of the National Emission Reduction Plan covering Large Combustion Plants to interna(OMV Petrom Synergi, KPI platform) and external (Local Environmental Agency) stakeholders.
Your profile
- Master degree - Petrochemical/ Energetical/ Environmental Protection Engineer
- Relevant professional experience: more than 7 years
- Work experience in Environmental protection min 5 years;
- Process/ Project coordination experience min 3 years;
- General knowledge in the field of energy and tehnologies applicable in power plants;
- Prior participation in ASRO Technical Committees and similar bodies;
- Team spirit;
- English language;
- Knowledge of MS-Office software).
