Your tasks

• Develop scope of work for assessment/ inspections of offshore pipelines in mature shallow-water asset.
• Develop and revise specifications for pipelines repair for offshore execution
• Provide technical expertise/advice for subsea pipeline integrity, life extension, and modifications for brownfield projects.
• Perform engineering analyses and ensure compliance with international codes, standards and HSE requirements.
• Support integrity management programs, coordinate inspection campaigns, provide engineering input during planning and execution phases.
• Advise project managers, structural and welding engineers, and offshore contractors to deliver cost-effective solutions and safeguard pipeline performance and extend asset life.
• Ensure compliance with applicable international standards (API, ISO) and Romanian regulatory requirements.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports and recommendations for internal and regulatory use.
• As the portfolio expands, contribute to smaller maintenance projects in a new deep water asset. This will require adapting engineering approaches to more complex environments, applying advanced analysis methods, and integrating lessons learned from shallow water operations.
• Referring to all main accountabilities of the job position as such mentioned herein or such entrusted by the project manager or direct manager during the course of its activity, the employee provides professional support according to necessities within his/ her area of competence and applies professional expertise in order to assist projects in fulfilling objectives and achieving results by full individual responsibility and involvement

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Offshore Engineering;
• Relevant professional experience: >12 years
• Minimum 12 years professional experience (preferably including international experience) in working in a multicultural environment in mature offshore environment.
• Management roles:with >8 years of leadership experience
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise in offshore pipeline systems engineering, practical experience with integrity management, and the ability to balance detailed analysis with project execution needs.
• Experienced with multi discipline projects in oil&gas industry.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
