Your tasks

• Leading and developing the department Data Analytics & Reporting with the accountability to build, operate and maintain Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Services in close allignment with the IT Data Analytics Teams;
• Accountable to support the business in their data and analytics needs by providing best in class services that include but are not limited to: trainings on new technologies made available by IT, Development of new data products for self service reusability and consultancy services in terms of end to end data ownership and process efficiency by the use of data;
• Coordinate and steer the implementation of reporting simplification initiatives that come out of managing the Flow Reporting Platform and and other data focused program within the finance organization;
• Accountable for applying the data governance, controls and operational best practices to ensure highly usable and stable data services for all end users;
• Continually provides input assessing the impact of emerging technologies against strategic Finance developments enabling the business analytical capabilities;
• Closely collaborates with relevant stakeholders to promote data-driven decision-making, consumer-driven analytics, marketing and investment planning across the business;
• Owns senior management level communication and interaction including consulting, understanding and supporting of the Finance Organization;
• Hires, coaches, trains and leads a high caliber and diverse team of professionals.

Your profile

• Master Diploma: IT Management;
• Relevant professional experience: more than 9 years. More than 5 years of leadership experience;
• User centric thinking and mindset, being able to identify and understand collaboration and reporting simplification needs;
• Deep understanding of data technologies. Experience in new technology and how to emable the business to use them most effective;
• Experience in setting governance processes to balance usability and simplicity with richness of functionality;
• Proven ability to engage successfully with senior executives and business leaders to understand and translate business requirements into technical strategies;
• Proficiency to manage multiple projects and priorities demanding both rigorous attention to detail and high level comprehensive solutions;
• Experience in rolling out and operating Microsoft Office 365. Experience with a variety of BI and Analytics tools and technologies;
• Excellent communication and intercultural skills, both verbal and written preferably in English, German is helpful.
