Your tasks

  • Responsible for the organizational structure principles implementation in SuccessFactors: oversee creation, update, and deactivation of org units, positions, jobs, and reporting lines; ensure alignment with actual business organization;
  • Steer the maintenance of the integrity for foundational data objects (e.g., cost centers, job codes, position attributes, manager relationships) and enforce naming conventions and governance rules;
  • Steer data quality management: perform periodic reconciliations, resolve duplicates/misalignments, analyze root causes, and implement preventive controls and validation rules;
  • Lead configuration and lifecycle management of P&C systems (workflows, RBP/permissions, business rules, position management) to support evolving business and policy requirements;
  • Coordinate and ensure security & privacy compliance: implement role based permissions, segregation of duties, access reviews, GDPR/privacy controls; partner with IT Security for audits and remediation;
  • Coordinate and ensure implementation of the releases, upgrades, and rollouts: drive change impact assessments, UAT, cut over and hyper care; coordinate with vendors and IT; ensure minimal disruption to operations;
  • Operate the group support model: triage incidents and service requests, manage ticket queues against SLAs, and maintain a knowledge base (FAQs, user guides, training materials);
  • Translate business requirements into system design: partner with HRBPs, CoEs, People Services, and Data & Analytics; assess downstream impacts and integration needs;
  • Act as Data Steward for designated domains (organizational structure, job architecture, employee master data): enforce Minimum Data Requirements (MDRs), data dictionaries, and exception handling;
  • Oversee integrations and data flows (e.g., SAP CPI/APIs) to payroll, finance, access management, analytics; monitor interface health and coordinate fixes and improvements.

Your profile

  • Master Diploma: IT, Business / Economics, Engineering;
  • Relevant professional experience: more than 12 years with 8 years of leadership experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage digital solution activities;
  • Relevant Experience in HRIS/P&C Digital or HR Operations and hands on with SAP SuccessFactors Suite – focus on Employee Central, Service Now (HRSD), S4 Payroll;
  • Familiarity with additional digital tools, platforms, and emerging technologies is considered an advantage;
  • Integrations & analytics: Understanding of interfaces (e.g., SAP, APIs, downstream effects (payroll/finance/analytics), and comfort with dashboarding (e.g., Power BI/Tableau);
  • Project & change management: Proven delivery of releases/rollouts/UAT; ability to manage roadmaps and stakeholder communications (Agile and/or ITIL service management experience desirable);
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management: Ability to translate business requirements into system/process designs; confident with senior stakeholders across functions;
  • Very good knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance across all systems, including role‑based permissions, GDPR/privacy, audit controls, data quality standards,  validation rules, and exception handling;
  • Advanced English Skills.
