Your tasks
- Account for the roadmap, delivery, and operational excellence of all B2B sales and marketing applications for OMV Group in scope, working under the strategic guidance from Mobility Solutions – Marketing & Sales (OMV) as well as in close alignment with OMV & OPGS IT leadership & functions.
- Steer delivery of digital platforms and services supporting customer engagement, loyalty, payments, and retail innovation, while aiming for synergies between OMV, OMV Petrom and OPGS.
- Lead solution architecture, technical design and implementation of the applications and their integrations in partnership with commercial and digital teams at OMV Petrom.
- Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, data privacy, and information security requirements for all customer data flows and transactional platforms.
- Drive advanced analytics and AI adoption for customer personalization, dynamic pricing, and digital campaign optimization across B2B channels.
- Oversee incident and release management for business-critical customer-facing systems to ensure high availability, operational efficiency, and positive customer experience.
- Manage supplier relationships and contracts for retail IT solutions, optimizing licensing, costs, and platform consolidation for the OMV Group.
- Support strategic and operational budgeting, manpower planning, and continuous delivery uplift, embedding HSSE obligations in IT operations.
- Coach and develop high-performing product teams at OPGS IT, nurturing a culture of agile experimentation and talent development.
- Tailor consulting services to sales and marketing leadership at OMV Petrom, turning digital capability into measurable business outcomes.
Your skills
- Education: Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Marketing or related discipline
- Relevant professional experience: >9 years
- 9 years of relevant professional experience, including leadership in retail IT, payments or customer-facing digital platforms.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in management of international Project / teams
- Excellent expertise in POS, payments, loyalty, CRM and mobile retail platforms.
- Excellent cloud platform knowledge, API-first architectures and AI/analytics for personalization.
- Advanced understanding of information security, PCI-DSS and data privacy requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and supplier governance capabilities.
- Leads and develops people by setting clear expectations, engaging in meaningful performance and development discussions, and consistently fostering growth, feedback, and collaboration while role-modelling our Transformational Leadership Competencies
- Fluent in English; German/Romanian is an advantage
