Your Tasks

• Accountable for defining, implementing, and overseeing all project services activities across the LCB RES portfolio throughout all project phases, in alignment with OMV Petrom Gas & Power standards. This includes contract and cost engineering, planning and risk evaluation, project reporting, lessons learned, and knowledge management—ensuring full compliance with OMV Petrom’s HSSE and project management guidelines.
• Leads Project services team coordinating the activities of Planning, Risk Assessment, Cost control, Contracts Supervision/Management, Document controlling to maintain core competence for effective Projects Planning and Contr
• Coordinates the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules across the renewable’s portfolio.
• Provides strategic oversight and ownership of all cost, budget, milestone, and progress data.
• Oversee pre- and post-award contract administration, including invoice verification, cost allocation, payments, and change order assessments.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, including progress, cost, and risk dashboards
• Contribute to functional communication with the VP LCB Renewables to enhance the quality and performance of Project Services processes and systems.

Your Profile

• Education:  University degree Bachelor in Engineering + Project Management/ Finance + exposure to energy projects
• Professional Certifications (Highly Valued):
• • PMP® – Project Management Professional
  • PRINCE2® Certification
  • Certified Cost Professional (CCP) – AACE International
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
  • Primavera P6 / SAP for Project Controls
• Master’s Degree (Masterat) or Postgraduate Specialization in:
  • Project Management
  • Construction Management
  • Engineering and Business Management
  • Energy Systems Management\
• Accomplished negotiator with sound analytical abilities and capable of cost control and administration
• Proficiency in Contract management experience (claim management, contract types & structures)
• Knowledge of IT and of project management software
