Your tasks
- Ensure that legal requirements are properly implemented in connection with cross-border operations
- Expertise for export/ import TAX related aspects
- Ensure that all product movements are recorded accurately in the SAP system in accordance with internal company standards and legal requirements
- Secure and develop logistic Know-How within company
- Contract Owner / Holder for product supply contracts, quantity and quality services contracts, rent / throughput storages, taking over the accountability for the overall performance of the contract according with group HSSE standards
- Manages all operational activities related to supply of products and feedstock and ensure the planning and management of raw materials stocks within the limits imposed by the logistics and production
- Ensure that all product movements are recorded accurately in the SAP system in accordance with internal company standards and legal requirements
- Approval and release for payment of invoices for Supply Operations
- Responsible for coordinate month closing for Petrom and OPM related to supply and third party storage activities
- Management of archiving activity for supply operations and related documents
Your profile
- University degree in Refining and Petrochemical processes, Economical or Finance & Accounting.
- Min 7-10 years experience in supply operations covering refinery industries.
- Proven track record in leading operations and teams, minimum experience 5 years
- Understand entire supply chain from refineries & 3rd party sources to terminals and to clients ( e.g. good understanding of procurement activities, logistics, supplier collaboration, deliveries)
- People management and teamleading capabilities
- Experience in working with multicultural teams in an international enviroment, minimum 3 years
- Proven track record in delivering results in a challenging environment
- Excellent organizational, conceptual and analytical skills
- Fluent in English, written and speaking
