Your tasks

  • Risk mitigation for all risks associated with the existing buildings;
  • All the budgets, costs, spending and contracts associated with the buildings managed countrywide;
  • Responsible and liable for proper management and utilization follow-up of all buildings within Corporate and Upstream divisions;
  • The integration and consolidation of all the above responsibilities and use this added value for supporting decision-making in core business-areas;
  • Safe and productive work environment related to buildings for all employees of OMV Petrom in Bucharest;
  • Legal compliance and representation in front of central authorities for all managed assets;
  • Solving all historic issues (e.g. work permits, ownership and property documents) related to buildings in a consolidated and efficient manner;
  • Supervise the recovery and reconstruction process of legal and technical documentation in order to be up-to-date and compliant with all legal and OMV Petrom internal requirements;
  • Petrom City Power Plant operation and implementation of required investment and capital repairs plan.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Technical;
  • Relevant professional experience: more than 12 years;
  • Advanced functional skills and knowledge in facility management;
  • Advanced functional skills in energy management systems;
  • Basic corporate finance knowledge;
  • Advanced MS Office knowledge; Basic SAP knowledge represents an advantage;
  • Extensive management and leadership skills (leadership, budgeting, activity coordination & controlling);
  • Excellent experience and skills in planning operational work and projects, organizing and prioritizing abilities;
  • English – advanced level.
