Your tasks

• Maintain complex (multi-discipline/x-functional) IT Infrastructure Services according to defined SLAs and OLAs for allocated department specific services with guidance and monitoring for daily activity and for project activities, respecting the principles and rules in place;
• Support the delivery of an IT service, according to the corresponding SLA. This covers the application as well as the infrastructure topics necessary to deliver the service and its continuous improvements of quality. Also understand the service responsible for end-2-end, identifying patterns in incidents and tackling them to increase quality and reporting regularly on the performance of the service towards IT management / Business is a major point in this. Furthermore, leading the solving process for incidents and problems related to the service needs to pe performed;
• Support steering and managing Managed Services in an international environment provided by external partners within the responsible area. Escalates resource or budget problems towards the Team Lead / Department Manager and informs others about planned activities or outages;
• Apply independently the knowledge from area of expertise in accordance with the business requirements. Identify potential risks in area of expertise and propose respective solutions for risk mitigation;
• Plan independently own activities and adopt upon necessities in order to meet given deadlines in expected quality. Reach own objectives and contribute to reach team’s objective. If organizing functional workshops, alignments or data gathering is needed, perform those independently;
• Propose solutions to solve existing issues in the area of activity. Provides technical guidance in projects, supports solution design and ensures compliance of systems. Works on perspectives to find a technical solution considering the current technical system setup.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree: IT&C;
• Relevant professional experience: > 5 years in SAP Basis area;
• Advanced command of English (written and spoken);
• Advanced knowledge and skills of Microsoft O365;
• Solid knowledge of specific application(s), technologies and processes on SAP technology and general knowledge of specific application(s), technologies and processes on infrastructure IT;
• Implementing infrastructure services / processes in the area of responsibility;
• Advanced knowledge of processes, roles and responsibility on team level;
• Good understanding of functional relations and interdependencies;
• Identifies opportunities to improve activity, processes and regulations;
• Ability to follow and support elaboration of internal rules and guidelines.
