Your tasks
- Assists in the company’s monthly, quaterly and yearly closing and KPI reporting. Prepares monthly
- reporting of actuals in TM1 as well as reporting of financial figures based on specific requests and provides comments.
- Performs monthly in-depth deviation analyses and gives support to controlling for management reporting
- Delivers and constantly improves efficient, reliable and timely activities including actual reporting and
- other controlling support services
- Ensures proper and timely management reporting and adequate archiving and maintenance of developed analyses and reports
- Provides the reports in compliance with the reporting calendar
- Ensures all process work is carried out according to internal procedures (OPGS, OMV, OMV Petrom) and regulations, accurately reported; measures and evaluates process improvements.
- Conducts end-to-end process analysis for implementation of new activities/business requirements.
- Ensures compliance with issued controlling guidelines and standards.
- Supports the identification of potential risks in area of expertise of OPGS and proposes respective solutions for risk mitigation.
- Contributes to the internal activities related to OPGS efficiency and performance mesurement and reporting (like KPIs, Activity index, etc).
Your profile
- Master degree in Finance/ Controlling
- Relevant professional experience: > 5 years
- More than 5 years relevant work experience, preferably in controlling, finance & accounting in the oil industry
- Experience with SAP Controlling related modules, TM1 database
- Very good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office
- Very good knowledge of planning and economics, controlling, finance and financial management (Opex, Capex)
- Very good knowledge of software used within Controlling Department and M365 (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- English language skills advanced.
