Your tasks

  • Act as the primary Data Steward for designated P&C data domains (e.g., organizational structure, job architecture, employee master data). with strong knowledge on SAP HR/SAP S/4HANA and MySF modules. Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely updates. Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies proactively, engaging relevant stakeholders when needed;
  • Performs regular data cleaning, and quality assurance activities. Define and execute validation routines and exception handling procedures. Monitor data entry processes to ensure compliance with quality and consistency standards;
  • Performs regular data quality checks across HR systems (SF, SAP, SNOW), identifying and correcting discrepancies;
  • Implement and enforce Minimum Data Requirements (MDRs), naming conventions, and data classification rules. Collaborate with global and local data owners to align on governance policies and operational practices. Maintain documentation and data dictionaries for shared understanding and reuse;
  • Support system configuration and data rule definition in MySF. Identify opportunities to automate validations and implement preventive controls;
  • Partner closely with HR Operations, IT, Data & Analytics, and Governance teams to support end-to-end data integrity;
  • Ensure data management practices align with GDPR, internal audit, and risk management standards;
  • Performs regular data quality checks across HR systems (SF, SAP, SNOW), identifying and correcting discrepancies.

Your profile

  • Master Diploma: IT, Business / Economics, Engineering;
  • Relevant professional experience: more than 5 years;
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage digital solution activities;
  • Relevant Experience in Data Quality on HR Operations and hands on with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, SAP S/4HANA HR, Service Now;
  • Familiarity with additional digital tools, platforms, and emerging technologies is considered an advantage;
  • Integrations & analytics: Understanding of interfaces (e.g., SAP, APIs, downstream effects (payroll/finance/analytics);
  • Project & change management: Proven data governance related to delivery of releases/rollouts/UAT; ability to manage roadmaps and stakeholder communications (Agile and/or ITIL service management experience desirable);
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management: Ability to translate business requirements into system/process designs; confident with senior stakeholders across functions;
  • Very good knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance across all systems, including role‑based permissions, GDPR/privacy, audit controls, data quality standards,  validation rules, and exception handling;
  • Advanced English Skills.
