Your tasks
- Is in charge with all the administrative tasks related to an international employment (e.g. contracting setting up, introduction meeting, extension and termination addendums) and is the knowledge expert in administering the International Employees who are covered by the Guidelines for International Employees in Romania, UK and Italy;
- Ensure that Guidelines for International Employees in Romania, UK and Italy are applied properly and in line with the company strategies and policies;
- Provide HR local support to inbound, outbound expatriates assigned to/from Romania, UK and Italy and International Employees in Romania, UK and Italy (e.g. immigration support, gathering necessary documents for obtaining the social security certificates of coverage for outbound expatriates) ;
- Monitoring the monthly payments of the benefits in kind along with the salary or via Request for Reimbursement procedure ;
- Ensure such benefits in kind are paid in accordance with the Guidelines for International Employees in Romania, UK and Italy and International Assignment Standard ;
- Manage the company relationship with the external providers rendering services to International Employees and inbounds assigned to Romania, UK and Italy (e.g. real estate, international schools, relocation) ;
- Prepares the Request for Intercompany Secondment forms for the inbound expatriates assigned to Romania and collect signatures according to internal processes ;
- Ensure collection of the signed activity reports by the inbound expatriates assigned to Romania, UK and Italy and by their managers ;
- Ensure compliance with conformity rules specific to Romanian tax authorities requests in relation to inbound assigned expatriates.
Your profile
- Master's degree in Social Scienses or Economics. Additional training on tax, social security, labour law, immigration;
- Relevant professional experience: > 5 years;
- Has excellent understanding of the business context;
- Labor law, immigration, tax and social security legislation knowledge;
- Familiarization with CCM at national level, CCM Petrom and the company’s internal HR policies and regulations;
- Very good knowledge of the Guidelines for International Employees and International Assignment Standard and all related internal regulations;
- Language the primary contact of internal customers (managers, Business partners) and international employes / expatriates in relation to matters concerning his/hers international employment / assignment;
- Cooperation with other relevant departments/functions (Global Mobility, Treasury, Payroll, Legal) on matters related to specific allocated tasks;
- Language skills: English – advanced. skills: English – advanced.
