Your tasks
- Executes accounting postings and is involved in the month end closing and reporting process for allocated entities. Preparation of sundry financial reports requested for allocated entities;
- Contributes to the identification and implementation of simplification measures for processes and automations, increase digitization of activities;
- Provides support to other colleagues within the department, as well as to other departments on financial topics;
- Contributes to the effective delegation of tasks and activity monitoring within the department to ensure quality, compliance and on-time reporting;
- Collaborates with the team members and the other departments from Corporate Finance, Global Business Services and Business Divisions;
- Supports definition of and contributes to initiatives for improving department processes and systems developments;
- Ensures correct application of the accounting and financial reporting principles in accordance with Group Accounting Manual, with the statutory and also with the IFRS requirements;
- Ensures in time and efficient delivery activities of allocated entities;
- Identifies potential risks in area of expertise and proposes respective solutions for risk mitigation.
Your profile
- Master Diploma: Finance and Accounting;
- Relevant professional experience: more than 5 years;
- Advanced knowledge of RAS accounting rules, regulations, policies and procedures;
- IFRS knowledge is a plus;
- Proven, advanced knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and preferably exposure to ERP systems;
- Knowledge and understanding of related legislations / norms, internal rules/guidelines, in multiple areas of expertise;
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and numerical abilities;
- Advanced knowledge of English language (written and spoken).
