Your tasks

• The Job Holder is accountable for providing effective and efficient Invoice to cash (I2C) services. Ensures an accurate and timely fulfilling of all assigned tasks and I2C processes for OMV Group entities serviced by Invoce to Cash Department;
• Supports the team and management for improving department activity and processes, find new solutions in accordance with department objectives and business' requirements;
• Actively contributes to projects and initiatives for improving department processes and systems;
• Ensures an accurate and timely fulfilling of all assigned tasks related to payments allocation, invoices issuing, open items reconciliation and final customer correspondence;
• Ensures an accurate and timely fulfilling of all assigned tasks related to closure of the period;
• Ensures an accurate and timely fulfilling of all reporting assigned tasks;
• Ensure an accurate and timely fulfilling of all internal controls related to the assigned activities;
• Independently manages all the processes and the documents flow requested by law or the internal procedures for OMV entities serviced and according to the SAP FI and SD procedures and according to assigned access rights;
• Applies independently the knowledge from area of expertise in accordance with the business requirements and gives guidance to more junior colleagues for problem solving;
• Supports the identification of potential risks in area of expertisa and proposes respective solutions for risk mitigation.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree: Finance/ Accounting;
• Relevant professional experience: more than 5 years;
• Very good knowledge of accounts receivable processes (invoicing, customer notification, payments allocation) as well as related legislation;
• Advanced knowledge and skills in using the Microsoft Office package;
• Competence in coordinating and implementing projects;
• Very good theoretical and practical knowledge of SAP transactions related to the field of activity and general knowledge of SAP transactions applied at department level;
• Good knowledge and understanding of the specific business of exploration and production, refining & marketing, gas & energy and its requirements;
• Good knowledge of finance and accounting and principles applied in the oil and gas industry;
• Solid execution skills proven by the ability to adapt to new tasks and situations in an efficient manner, demonstrating flexibility in the way of thinking and acting;
• Advanced level of English and German (at least B2 level) language proficiency.
