Your tasks
- Perform accurate recording, valuation, and reconciliation of inventory balances in SAP according to accounting rules
- Execute monthly and annual closing activities related to stock valuation and necessary adjustments
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative inventory analyses, including variance identification and root-cause investigation
- Collaborate with Refinery and Logistics to clarify stock differences and ensure data quality
- Prepare management reports on stock levels, price developments, and cost impacts
- Support internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation and explanations and perform ICS (internal control system) checks
- Monitor and validate material price flows and costing logic (e.g., standard cost, weighted average, FIFO)
- Contribute to process optimization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement activities
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Logistics
- Relevant professional experience: > 5 years
- Highliy reliable and accurate working style
- IT affinity (SAP MM, FI)
- “hands-on” mentality, analytical skills
- Process-oriented thinking
- Service orientation
- Open-minded for continuous change and development
- Fluency in English
