Your tasks

• Ensure the accurate, compliant, and timely execution of cash management–related tasks for multiple international group companies in line with internal guidelines, banking standards, and regulatory requirements;
• Execute and monitor payment transactions, guaranteeing secure, accurate, and timely processing while ensuring adherence to internal control systems (ICS), segregation of duties, and approval frameworks;
• Manage bank accounts and related signatures as well as recurring connected tasks like e.g. clearing of non-pooling accounts, daily bank account statement reconciliation, handling KYC requests from multiple banks;
• Independently researches and analyzes finance discipline issues or assists more senior staff in the department on highly complex key issues;
• Ensures all process work is carried out according to standards and regulations and accurately recorded and reported;
• Undertakes a variety of assignments which have clear and specified objectives, requiring knowledge of principles and techniques;
• Coordinates and completes various assignments by required deadlines. Advise internal stakeholders regarding finance discipline topics concerning daily business and during projects;
• Provides financial staff in other disciplines with technical advice and assistance in matters related to own discipline as necessary;
• Prepares and carries out initial investigations into relevant issues. Prepare adequate declarations and statements designated companies;
• Prepare reports, analyses and proposals for management as requested. Participates and contributes expertise into relevant project work, whenever requested.

Your profile

• Master Diploma: Cash Management and/or Banking & Finance;
• Relevant professional experience: more than 5 years;
• Very good knowledge and understanding about specific oil & gas business and its business requirements, focusing on treasury specificites;
• Great affinity for IT systems (ideally Treasury Management and Payment systems)
• Very good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook).
• Basic project management skills, typically project team member.
• General knowledge of SAP transactions applicable on department level.
• Proactively identifies and proposes opportunities to improve activity, processes and regulations.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of related legislations / norms, internal rules / guidelines, in multiple areas / department level.
• English language skills - advanced level.
