Your tasks

  • The Job Holder is accountable to perform centralized Finance tasks within defined SLA´s and KPI to ensure timely and accurately completion.
  • Ensures that all compliance measures in place are followed up and applied, identifies potential new risks, and initiate their mitigation.
  • Independently review centralized tasks and thinks innovatively to develop options and solutions for standardization, smart execution, that may not have been applied before e.g., participates in projects for simplification, digitalization automation of processes.
  • Interacts with clients & identifies clients’ needs. Uses functional expertise and business knowledge / insights to solve complex issues.
  • Professional and cooperative personal presence within the team as well as partnership behavior for Department manager.
  • Support the knowledge exchange and development of team attitude, actively participate in implementation of best practices in area of responsibility.
  • Coordinate the preparation of all necessary financial data and records for the purchase-to-pay process in scope to internal and external auditors for the monthly, quarterly and year end audits.
  • Responsible for coordinating, supervising and monitoring the activities and projects delegated by the direct manager.

Your profile

  • Master Diploma: Finance
  • Relevant professional experience: more than 5 years
  • Broad Knowledge of Accounts Payables processes
  • Ability to identify improvement potentials independently and propose new developments and processes changes
  • Good knowledge of the Purchase to Pay process and ICS for P2P
  • Good MS Office and SAP knowledge (especially SAP FI/CO + MM, but also VIM, APICS)
  • Good project/program support experience
  • Good Finance & Accounting knowledge and principles applied in Energy industry
  • English language on advanced level (spoken, written, conversational)
