Your tasks

  • Performes accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end actuals and KPI reporting. Prepares monthly reporting of actuals in TM1 as well as reporting of financial figures based on specific requests and provides comments;
  • Performs monthly in-depth deviation analyses and supports, upon necessity, Supervisory Board Reporting, Group Reporting, CFO reporting;
  • Ensures proper management reporting and adequate archiving and maintenance of developed analyses and reports;
  • Provides the reports in compliance with the reporting calendar;
  • Ensures all process work is carried out according to internal procedures and regulations, accurately reported; measures and evaluates process improvements;
  • Conducts end-to-end process analysis for implementation of new activities/business requirements;
  • Contributes to the implementation of guidelines related to the handled processes / activities within Finance organization;
  • Supports the identification of potential risks in area of expertise of OPGS Borealis Business Services and proposes respective solutions for risk mitigation.

Your profile

  • Master Diploma: Finance;
  • Relevant professional experience: more than 5 years in finance & accounting area;
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in controlling, finance & accounting in the oil industry;
  • Experience with SAP Controlling related modules, TM1 database;
  • Very good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office;
  • Good knowledge of planning and economics, controlling, finance and financial management (Opex, Capex);
  • Good knowledge of software used within Controlling Department (especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Good knowledge and understanding of related legislations/norms, internal rules/guidelines, in multiple areas/team level;
  • English language skills advanced.
