Your tasks

  • Performs, supervises and ensures the high accuracy and timely fulfilling of complex processes for accounting activities according to allocated tasks, without guidance and monitoring for daily activity, respecting the principles and rules in place, in an effective and efficient manner;
  • Performes accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closing activities;
  • Processes in accounting complex documents with quality and according to deadlines;
  • Independently researches and analyzes finance discipline issues or assists more senior staff in the department on highly complex key issues. Applies independently the knowledge from area of expertise in accordance with the business requirements;
  • Participates and contributes with expertise into relevant projects, exploits synergies across the discipline and across department;
  • Ensures all process work and activities are carried out according to internal procedures and regulations, accurately recorded and reported;
  • Provides input for improving department activity, finds new solutions in accordance with the team objectives & business requirements;
  • Identifies potential risks in area of expertise and proposes respective solutions for risk mitigation.

Your profile

  • Master Diploma: Finance;
  • Relevant professional experience: more than 5 years in finance & accounting area;
  • Very good knowledge of finance & accounting principles, processes, as well as IFRS knowledge and finance related legislation (IFRS, general accounting principles and group consolidation, intercompany reconciliation, P&L, cash flow, accruals, provisions and valuations, financial statements, cost center assignment and reporting);
  • Experience with group accounts and consolidations;
  • Good knowledge and understanding about specific oil & gas business and its business requirements;
  • Very good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office;
  • Good knowledge and application of SAP transactions in finance area;
  • English language skills – advanced.
