Your tasks
- Prepares financial analysis, reports, and budget forecasts. Delivers and constantly improves efficient, reliable and timely core controlling activities, including financial reporting, budgeting and financial planning (MTP).
- Assists in the company’s monthly and yearly closing.
- Contributes to the design and management of the budget process (MTP).
- Prevents inaccuracies in financial statements by setting up internal control systems and adopting proper policies for financial reporting.
- Reviews financial data periodically to ensure fairness and completeness of the data.
- Assists in special projects whenever requested. Participates in the optimization and harmonization of controlling relevant IT-systems.
- Ensures compliance with issued controlling guidelines and standards.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Industrial Engineering, or another related field;
- Relevant professional experience: >5 years
- Oil & Gas industrial experience is an advantage
- Know-how and proven experience in Finance, Controlling and/or financial & business End-to-End processes
- Business Knowledge of OMV divisions
- Very good understanding and experience of SAP
- IT systems affinity required
- Audit, Risk or Compliance background and knowledge is an advantage
- Project Management skills
- Fluency in English, German would be a plus
