Your tasks
- Maintains complex (multi-discipline/x-functional) salary entries, tax computation, reports with according to defined service level agreements for allocated payroll services without guidance and monitoring for daily activity, for respecting the principles and rules in place;
- Independently manages the processes and the documents flow requested by law or the internal procedures for the personnel, customer, business, segment managed and according to the SAP procedures and according to assigned access rights;
- Prepares and validates the statements regarding the payment obligations for social contributions, income tax, and the nominal records of individuals;
- Prepares the payment orders for income tax and mandatory social contributions;
- Prepares, computes and verifies the tax liability towards the Romanian state budget related to contributions for non employed persons with disabilities;
- Prepares analyses requested by internal/external audit, together with supporting documents;
- Provides support in identifying ideas/solutions for correcting errors in order to eliminate root causes;
- Demonstrates continuous improvement of own technical skills and assimilate new information from senior colleagues;
- Remains permanently in touch with the payroll/personnel administration legislation, implements given legislative modifications which have an impact on own activity, implements solutions to ensure ongoing legal compliance;
- Adheres to deadlines for submitting documents/information to stakeholders (HR Administration, Corporate HR/Finance, HR/Finance Business Partner, Business, Archives, SAP CC, internal clients) in accordance with agreed service levels and applicable work instructions.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree: Economical, Human Resources;
- Relevant professional experience: more than 5 years;
- Has good understanding of the business context;
- Client oriented;
- Good communication and interaction skills;
- Good analytical and organizational skills;
- Good conflict management, problem solving and resolution skills;
- Knowledge of oil & gas industry as well as biofuels;
- PC skills: Microsoft Office package – advanced;
- Language skills: English – advanced.
