Your tasks
- Analyzes and understands the People Services work processes and instructions;
- Uses the knowledge gained to understand processes, gaps and business opportunities and transforms this into effective implementation in the reporting area;
- Prepares information / reports / specific P&C analysis (performed vs. KPIs) for all companies in the OMV Petrom Group and provides it to internal / external clients, according to the established / ad-hoc schedule;
- Provides continuous support to the P&C Functions and P&C Business Partners in relation to ongoing processes;
- Analyzes, prepares and presents, at the request of management, financial impact simulations in terms of labor costs;
- Provides information/analysis/complex reports to all functions in the organization in relation in the area of activity ensuring compliance with the protection of personal data;
- Structures the data extracted from P&C systems in order to respond efficiently to the reporting requests at the level of OMV Petrom Group, with a high degree of accuracy and data integrity;
- Dedicated to the continuous improvement of its own technical skills and the assimilation of new information and technologies applicable in the area of activity;
- Proposes improvements of processes and work procedures; Researches and applies the best practices in the reporting activity related to human resources, in order to make it continuously efficient.
Your profile
- Master Diploma: IT, Economic, Resurse Umane;
- Relevant professional experience: more than 5 years;
- User centric thinking and mindset;
- Proven ability to engage successfully with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions;
- Proficiency to manage multiple project and priorities demanding both rigorous attentions to detail and high-level comprehensive solutions;
- Ability to establish, implement and enforce appropriate IT standards to meet business requirements;
- Very good knowledge in operating Microsoft 365 for Business (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, One drive, SharePoint, Power Platform – eg. Power BI);
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills, both verbal and written in English.
