Your tasks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement system users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via the ticketing system. Monitor, triage, and manage tickets related to procurement systems, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs;
- Provide user support and troubleshooting for procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Ariba, etc.). Collaborate with IT and Procurement teams to escalate and resolve complex system issues;
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes and user guides;
- Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new functionalities. Conduct user training sessions and workshops on procurement systems and processes;
- Analyze recurring issues and propose process or system improvements;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards;
- Participate in projects related to procurement digitalization and process optimization. Provides input for improving department activity, finds new solutions in accordance with the team objectives & business requirements;
- Understands complex situations that potentially generate errors/issues, identifies root cause and participate in finding a solution for mitigation in alignment with the department manager;
- Performs (ad-hoc) analyses & statistics, prepares monthly reports when the case, as well as reporting of certain data based on specific requests (e.g. ensures delivery of reports and documents required by Procurement organization).
Your profile

Master Diploma: Business or relevant technical field;
- Relevant professional experience: more than 5 years;
- Very good SAP MM Modul Knowledge – not as end user but as administrator;
- Very good Ariba knowledge – not as end user but as administrator;
- Very good functional procurement knowledge. Relevant technological understanding and experience in procurement area;
- Very good IT skills, including SAP, MS Office, Procurement applications, etc.;
- Customer-oriented mindset;
- Very good English language skills.
