Your tasks
- Prepare, update, and distribute standard reports and dashboards to end users, ensuring compliance with the reporting calendar;
- Build and improve Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards, learning best practices from experienced colleagues;
- Maintain and enhance existing reports as needed (e.g., updating visuals or layouts and integrating new features);
- Collaborate actively within the Reporting Hub team to share new analytics ideas, suggest improvements, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of reporting processes;
- Perform data quality checks to ensure report data consistency against source system data;
- Collect and clarify reporting requirements from business users and controlling teams;
- Identify, document, and report missing or inconsistent data to relevant stakeholders;
- Respond to ad hoc data or reporting requests within the defined scope;
- Upload data from source systems into reporting tools according to the monthly/periodic reporting schedule;
- Document the reporting process and any manual interventions for transparency and knowledge sharing.
Your profile
- Master diploma: Finance / Controlling / Economics / Information Systems, Data Analytics, Accounting, Business Administration;
- Relevant professional experience: more than 5 years;
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, TM1 database);
- Good knowledge of planning, economics, controlling, finance, and financial management (Opex, Capex);
- Experience with SAP Controlling modules or similar ERP systems;
- Ability to elaborate reports and analyses to support and optimize end-to-end processes;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interaction skills (English required).
