Your tasks
- Administer the My Success Factors (MySF) Compensation/Salary review module, ensuring effective set-up, maintenance, and continuous improvement;
- Execute ongoing and cyclical process tasks across MySF modules (e.g., performance, succession, bonus, salary review, etc.), in line with defined process descriptions, procedures, and rules with dedicate focus on one or more module;
- Act as Global First Level Support for the Compensation module, providing timely and effective support by identifying, analyzing, and resolving user issues; escalate unresolved cases to Second/Third Level Support as needed;
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with compensation policies while collaborating with Payroll Administration to ensure correct processing;
- Manage a high volume of user requests efficiently, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction;
- Support the My Success Factors team in the implementation, integration, configuration, testing, and ongoing improvement and support of MySF modules;
- Maintain and update compensation-related systems, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility of performance-driven compensation decisions;
- Respond to compensation inquiries from managers and employees, providing guidance on policies, processes, and eligibility criteria.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree: HR, Economics;
- Relevant professional experience: more than 5 years;
- Knowledge of My Success Factors Compensation Module and related HR processes;
- Experience in administering and maintaining Success Factors Modules (Compensation, Succession, etc.);
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for providing global first-level support;
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing sensitive HR data;
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation and roll-out of new modules;
- Very strong MS Office skills, especially Excel;
- Fluency in English; additional languages (German) are a plus.
