Your tasks

• Accurate and timely processing of all trading transactions (e.g. deal checking/performing the confirmations process 
• Perform compliance checks under all regulatives and constantly liase with the compliance manager
• Reconcile clearing bank statements and prepare the data for Accounting and Management
• Liase with Clearing banks and exchanges with regards to trading and settlement postings
• Initiate and monitor the Cash Collateral process and liase with Counterparty Administration and Accounting on the necessary steps
• Verify the status of payable and receivable funds together with Accounting and treasury and report any outstanding amounts to other departments
• Support and liaise with other OMV Gas Marketing & Trading departments (Front Office, Origination, Operations, Risk Control) regarding correctness of trade data in the Enterprise Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) software
• Delivers ideas to constantly improve process and system landscape

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Finance
• Relevant professional experience: >5 years
• Highly reliable and accurate working style
• IT affinity
• “hands-on” mentality
• Analytical skills
• Process-oriented thinking
• Solid understanding of Back Office Tasks and familiar with the energy trading market would be beneficial
• Service orientation
• English fluent
