Your tasks
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts and budgets, supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
- Execute core controlling activities (reporting, planning, MTP, forecasting) and contribute to their continuous improvement.
- Support monthly, quarterly and yearly closing processes, including variance and performance analyses.
- Provide support across different ventures, contributing to both recurring controlling activities and ad-hoc analysis requests.
- Perform structured analyses of financial data and highlight key deviations, risks and trends.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and completeness, applying existing controls and reporting standards.
- Contribute to the improvement and harmonization of controlling processes and systems, supporting CoE initiatives.
- Collaborate with Venture Finance teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency of financial information.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business Administration or equivalent
- Relevant professional experience: >5 years
- Experienced in Controlling, ideally in a multinational Corporate environment; advanced knowledge of financial KPIs, reporting and best-practices
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to synthesise large amounts of data by focusing on relevant matters and delivering key messages
- Advanced knowledge of Finance systems and processes, including TM1 & SAP/AFO
- Ability to work independently within defined processes and guidelines
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in German
