Your tasks

• Management of the Central Logistic function in East Region within the OMV Petrom defined framework terms and conditions, complying with all the Directives and Procedures relevant for the Group
• Full management authority to make operational and most strategic decisions. Alignment with Director of Retail for very complex or sensitive matters
• Ensures the Central Logistic systems design and the Central Logistic organization in East Region, developing optimum quality management system
• Responsible operating logistics of finished products in OMV East Region (Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Moldova)
• Secure optimal care of the Retail and Commercial Business Units with all necessary logistical services (transport and storage) by taking into consideration costs, quality and dates and all legislative and company-specific provisions and regulations
• Contribution to maximize VCO result by assuring management of input into & implementation of result of LP Planning process
• The job holder shall be held responsible according to the legal provisions for the team, processes, projects and activities performed within the central function business area the job holder is supervising
• Ensuring the most efficient Logistics Infrastructure within Petrom in line with the OMV Group strategy
• Defining KPI’s to measure effective use of OMV Logistics infrastructure
• Ensuring the most efficient transport (all modes of transport) in line with the OMV Group strategy and aligned with OMV Strategic Logistics. Implementing and performing tenders for all modes of transports in close alignment within OMV Strategic Logistics

Your profile

• Educational requirements: master degree ( Economy/ Business Administration/ Logistics)
• Experience in supply and logistics business: minimum 12 years in Oil & Gas Industry
• International experience in multinational environment of supply and logistics business
• Managerial experience of minimum 10 years
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills to structure complex analyses methods
• Ability to manage direct reports as well as large number of project team members which are not direct reports, leading a team to excellent results
• Advanced skills in negotiation techniques and negotiation experience.
• Multicultural approach capacity.
