This year, we have prepared for you:

• Practical experience, working on real projects under the guidance of a dedicated mentor and learning more about the energy sector.
• Training sessions that will help you unlock your maximum potential.
• Special events, through which you will build your professional network. You will have the opportunity to participate in networking sessions with other students with common interests and specialists from various fields.
• Collaboration opportunities within future company programs.

We are eager to meet you if:

• You are a 2nd, 3rd, 4th-year student or a master's student
• You study one of the following fields: oil and gas, chemistry and petrochemistry, economics, automation, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, environmental studies, cybernetics, business administration, geology, civil engineering, geodesy, data science, human resources, psychology, construction engineering, law
• You have advanced English level and digital skills
• You have passed all exams and obtained a minimum average grade of 7.5 in the 2024-2025 academic year

Organizational details

• Duration: 2 months (July–August)
• Hybrid schedule: Monday–Thursday 8.5h | Friday 6h
• Allowance: 4000 RON gross/month
• Transportation provided on predefined routes
• Locations: Bucharest (Petrom City), Petrobrazi Refinery, Craiova, Pitesti, Targoviste, Blejoi, Poeni.
