Your tasks

  • Performs and ensures the accurate and timely fulfilling of the allocated tasks, respecting the principles and rules in place, in an effective and efficient manner;
  • Performes accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end financial closing activities. Ensure an accurate and timely fulfilling of all reporting assigned tasks;
  • Supports experts and managers in a variety of complex finance discipline work, analysis of key issues and development of proposals;
  • Maintains relevant data & systems, contributes to or prepares reports and studies for management attention as requested;
  • As a team member participates and supports project work with varying assignments across the assigned finance discipline;
  • Contributes to the development of processes, work procedures and solutions to optimize department activity;
  • Identifies and addresses issues; proposes solutions within the area of expertise and acquired knowledge;
  • Communicates efficiently with relevant stakeholders and answers to their requests in a prompt and efficient manner.

Your profile

  • Master Diploma: Finance;
  • Relevant professional experience: 3-5 years in finance & accounting area;
  • Very good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office;
  • Good knowledge and application of SAP transactions in finance (SAP FI,CO,MM,SD) and general knowledge of SAP transactions in general ledger and cost accounting area;
  • Good knowledge of processes, roles and responsibilities on department level. Intermediate understanding of cross-functional relations and interdependencies;
  • Supports identification to improve activity, processes;
  • Good knowledge of finance & accounting principles focusing on general ledger and cost accounting specificities, processes, finance related legislation, internal rules/guidelines;
  • Proven ability to adjust to complex new tasks & situations in an effective manner, showing flexibility in the way of thinking and acting;
  • English language skills – advanced.
