Your tasks

  • Handle and processes moderately complex orders from order creation to invoicing to meet customer needs.
  • Assist Borealis General Sales Manager in sales planning and process by collating data. Serves as a link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
  • Builds and maintains a permanent, long-term relationship with a group of customers.
  • Develops and maintains extensive understanding of all products, services, systems and processes in order to deal with wide variety of questions.
  • Undertakes handling of complex and difficult customers complains and requests.
  • Processes and maintains customer related master data, pricing conditions and other commercial conditions, including complicated customer setup (hierarchies) and complex pricing conditions and changes (e.g. mergers).
  • Processes and maintain VIP and other complex customer contracts within given area of responsibility as per defined scope.

Your profile

  • Master's degree in  Business Adiminstration or similar
  • Relevant professional experience: 3 - 5 years
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative > 3 years.
  • Track record of over-achieving objectives.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different type of charcters.
  • Good customer service experience in managing maritime/ export process (logistics, including booking, documentation, and customs clearance processes) is considered an advantage.
