Your tasks
- Handle and processes moderately complex orders from order creation to invoicing to meet customer needs;
- Assist Borealis General Sales Manager in sales planning and process by collating data. Serves as a link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness;
- Builds and maintains a permanent, long-term relationship with a group of customers;
- Develops and maintains extensive understanding of all products, services, systems and processes in order to deal with wide variety of questions;
- Undertakes handling of complex and difficult customers complains and requests;
- Processes and maintains customer related master data, pricing conditions and other commercial conditions, including complicated customer setup (hierarchies) and complex pricing conditions and changes (e.g. mergers);
- Processes and maintain VIP and other complex customer contracts within given area of responsibility as per defined scope;
- Handles standard and non standard customer requests, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follows up to ensure resolution according to defined working procedures.Keep customer file updated in order to have all the latest commercial information available.
Your profile
- Master Diploma: Business Adiminstration or similar;
- Relevant professional experience: 3-5 years;
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative > 3 years;
- Track record of over-achieving objectives;
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different type of charcters;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively; Accurate and precise working attitude;
- Advanced in English. Other language skills Italian, German, Flemish, Swedish, Finnish considered as advantage.
