Your tasks

• Ensures accurate and timely fulfilling of all assigned tasks within Stock Accounting processes.
• Supports team for improving department activity, find new solutions in accordance with the team objectives and business requirements
• Performed standard and complex accounting records and analyzed specific stocks and provision accounts on his area and as well those corelate with them (expenses, revenues, taxes, price differences).
• Apply the accounting rules to check the stock accounting transactions specific to her activity and reconcile correctly or create in the system a correct allocation of the stock accounts in conformity with the appropriate type of movements.
• Ensure the correction, without support, of errors identified by reconciliation of the primary accounting documents and their accounting postings.
• Prepare specifications of stock accounts at the end of the month, calculate specific taxes related to the different movements and make reclassifications on expense / revenue /stock accounts /others on the case as well as analyze the corrections of the evaluation class (if it is the case).
• Ensures accurate and timely fulfilment of all assigned tasks relating to the accounting closure as well as allocated reports.
• Ensure compliance with and performance of internal controls on financial & accounting processes in accordance with the entire Stock Accounting process and offer support in identifying potential risks in the field of expertise and propose solutions to mitigate the risk.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance
• Relevant professional experience: 3-5 years
• Very good knowledge and understanding of stocks accounting legislations/norms, internal rules/ guidelines , in multiple areas /team level on local accounting standards
• Good knowledge and application of SAP transactions related stocks
• Good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook)
• Ability to work in both conventional and remote teams, using the new ways of working such as a suite of communication tools to collaborate in the digital workplace
• Experience in working in a shared services organization represents an advantage
• English language skills (at least B1)
