Your tasks

  • Handles and monitors deliveries from our production plants / RDCs / depots to our customer (incl. VMI and consignment replenishments) according to customer agreements and requirements and in line with the agreed Logistic Service Provider contracts for the Borealis Polyolefins products;
  • Manages the batch allocation process following the defined & set quality guidelines and agreed time before loading date considering priority management for physical loadings (e.g. silo management) and keeps relevant stakeholders informed (loading address);
  • Monitors product availability pro-actively and handles related conflicts in close co-operation with Scheduling team and Customer Service Organisation;
  • Responsible for transport booking execution and acceptance follow up process;
  • Deals with changes, exceptions driven by customer, transport carrier or internally;
  • Responsible for single shipment spot sourcing. Including price agreement within frame set by Distribution contract manager and within POA;
  • Monitors loading slot booking and actual loading pro-actively;
  • Handles stock movements needed to allow shipment finalization (e.g. re-bulking orders).

Your profile

  • Master Diploma: Business Adiminstration or similar;
  • Relevant professional experience: 3-5 years after Bachelor or 0-1 years after Master (preferably in business or supply chain area);
  • Very good knowledge of Supply Chain processes with expertise in minimum 1 core order fulfilment area (transportation, supply planning and sales order execution);
  • Familiar with logistics offerings and service level guidelines;
  • Very good Computer skills (Microsoft Office applications) and experience working with SAP;
  • Very good Team Player and communication skills (both verbally and written);
  • Very good negociation skills;
  • Advanced in English. Other language skills Italian, German, Flemish, Swedish, Finnish considered as advantage.
