Your tasks
- Operate global organizational management activities, ensuring consistent structures, job architecture alignment, and accurate replication across SuccessFactors and downstream systems;
- Create and maintain organizational units, jobs, and positions, including assigning job grades, families, and reporting lines in accordance with global Job Architecture standards and store management;
- Execute and validate mass data operations, such as reorganizations, structural changes, and large-scale position updates using mass upload templates , with minimal support from senior colleagues;
- Ensure data integrity of foundational organizational objects (job codes, cost centers, position attributes), performing regular checks to identify and resolve discrepancies or misalignments;
- Develop, manage, and troubleshoot Transfer Tables, guiding HR and business stakeholders through structural transitions and reporting line changes;
- Collaborate closely with P&C, HRBPs, Finance, and business stakeholders globally to ensure timely and accurate structural updates;
- Maintain up to date documentation, SOPs, and process flows to support global understanding and consistent execution of Org. Relationship Management processes, identifies and addresses issues, and works with colleagues to improve team / departmental effectiveness;
- Apply relevant internal regulations and legislation in day to day organizational management activities, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and operational deadlines while contributing to the development of work instructions and knowledge articles for relevant stakeholders.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s Degree: Economics, Social, Human Resources;
- Relevant professional experience: 3-5 years;
- Very good understanding of job architecture, position management, reporting line structures, and organizational design principles;
- Experience with SuccessFactors (OM, EC), SAP HR, and related HR systems for organizational updates and mass data operations;
- Detail orientation and accuracy when working with high volume organizational data;
- Very good ability to work with structured data, pivot tables, and templates used in OM operations;
- Ability to apply governance rules, naming conventions, and validation procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency of org data;
- Skilled in preparing, validating, and executing mass changes during reorganizations, structural shifts, and organizational clean ups;
- Ability to create, update, and troubleshoot Transfer Tables during business transformations;
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for global coordination and documentation.
