Your tasks
- Compile timely and accurate invitations to tender taking into account the requirements of stakeholders;
- Carry out and record discussions with suppliers and markets in appropriate circumstances to develop improved commercial and technical solutions;
- Develop and transmit prequalification questionnaires to potential suppliers and check the details included in completed returns;
- Check the details that have been included in tenders completed by potential suppliers and refer any discrepancies to colleagues or suppliers;
- Assess tender proposals in line with set evaluation criteria and make recommendations for tender award - Complete tender award documentation notifying unsuccessful and successful suppliers;
- Contribute to the preparation of main types of contracts (e.g. Create Frame Contracts, Master Service agreements, etc.) based on the result of procurement processes; Create e-tenders and e-auctions;
- Execute purchase orders (including approvals) and track orders;
- Support claim management; Support execution of contract re-negotiations and prolongations
- Operate and support the implementation of contract management systems taking actions for controlling deviations from planned performance. Compare service performance against planned service levels and take actions to improve performance;
- Involve and support all management and support processes for corporate procurement, e.g. implementing procurement strategy, procurement governance, controlling, HR and IT management.
Your profile
- Master Diploma: Business or relevant technical field;
- Relevant professional experience: 3-5 years;
- SAP and Ariba knowledge skills;
- Functional procurement knowledge;
- Good understanding of transactional procurement procedures (tenders, negotiations, contracting, purchase to pay);
- Relevant technological understanding and experience of the key supply markets;
- Very good IT skills, including SAP, MS Office, Procurement applications, etc.;
- Very good English language skills.
