Your tasks

• Implements GBS strategy in accordance with strategical direction and guidelines defined at Borouge International group level (scope, governance, service delivery, operating model design);
• Develop and implement the BBS improvement strategy (e.g. project portfolio, business development, timeframe, funding, procedures, staffing performance management, implementation approach);
• Establish continuous improvement approach, mindset and culture;
• Introduce service management excellence, including global service catalogues, SLAs/XLAs, KPIs, and performance dashboards, to elevate operational discipline and customer experience (e.g. collaboration tools, workflows, communication);
• Develop improvement project portfolio (implementation, reporting, risk management) and process improvement roadmap across processes in scope (e.g. RTR, OTC, PTP, DS);
• Lead transition programs across processes and functions;
• Drive end to end standardization and harmonization of core processes to enable scalability, consistency, and integration across business units;
• Lead enterprise wide change adoption, ensuring sponsorship, communication, training, and resistance management through structured methodologies;
• Navigate uncertainty and complex cross functional dynamics with strong integration leadership behaviors (problem solving, communication, decision making);
• Lead end to end process transformation embedding simplification, automation, and global process ownership.

Your profile

• Master Diploma: Business/Engineering/Operations or related fields;
• Relevant professional experience: more than 7 years. Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) in consulting or equivalent advisory, focused on GBS transformation;
• Strong outsourcing and/or captive shared services experience required;
• Experience on leadership of global transformations (multi-function, multi -region);
• PMI/Lean certifications are a plus;
• Exposure to chemicals or adjacent process industries (portfolio realignment, post-merger, integrations, site/plant network implications) a plus;
• Understanding and experience with transformational methodologies and process management approaches (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, Design Thinking etc.);
• Process & digital savviness (e.g. ERP transformation, process improvement via RPA & AI, interested in trends & developments);
• Solid understanding of all the core elements within finance/business processes and systems, solid knowledge of the interdependencies and can manage interfaces with other disciplines. (e.g. RTR, PTP, OTC, IT);
• Excellent in English, both spoken and written.
