Your tasks

• Execution of the contracting strategy for Neptun project (in close collaboration with relevant Procurement Units- if case )
• Monitor, steer and trigger all Project relevant Procurement activities together with involved Procurement Experts (from Neptun team or other PU´s)
• Improve interface to business/supporting functions/other stakeholders – show clear accountability
• Ask upfront for project demand plan and ensure the disponibility of required contracts
• Identify and analyse strategic optimization levers
• Market and environment analysis and detect initiatives for improvement
• Define and align targets for initiatives and ensure implementation of the strategy for the Neptun project
• Monitor and enforce implementation of proper Sourcing strategies, tenders and negotiations
• Perform contract management of all assigned contracts related to Neptun including enforcement, leakage identification and claims; advice in risk-based contract compliance in line with best practices and OMVP procedures / governance 

Your profile

• Master’s degree: Business or  relevant technical field
• Relevant professional experience: > 12 years and > 8 years project management leading experience
• Extensive knowledge on overall company processes and interdependencies;
• Relevant technological understanding (Oil & Gas) and experience of the key suppliers market
• Functional procurement knowledge: Category optimization (Market analysis, Optimization levers, Cost analysis, etc); State-of-the-art transactional procurement procedures (tenders, negotiations, contracting, purchase to pay); Project Procurement knowledge (project portfolio management, project management process, contracting models, etc.)
• Profound experience in management and execution of Upstream offshore projects
• Extensive knowledge on Contract and Claim management
• Experience in Contracts and Procurement Major Development Projects in Oil & Gas, preferable Offshore related
• Language: English is a must, Romanian is an advantage
• Disponibility to travel
