Your tasks

• Lead the end-to-end facility rationalization and simplification strategy for operated Assets of OMV Petrom on behalf of VP Operations in accordance with OMV Petrom ambition.
• Acts as an integrator between the line organization and other entities, internal or external, having as final goal a successful implementation of facility rationalization and simplication strategy for the company.
• Accountable for deriving Technology Strategy for the operations together with development value center. Perform continuous technology scouting, evaluate and propose technology solutions to be incorporated in the future projects
• Responsible for building and maintaining the annual delivery plan, part of Asset Reference Plan, agreed with Asset leads. Informs and collaborates with other organizational units on demand and progress.
• Own and steer Management of Change activities supporting the delivery organization (HoD, Product Owners) in order to supervise and monitor the evolution and implementation progress. Acts of project director for special projects.
• Knowledge leader for OMV Petrom with respect to facility optimization over the Asset life-cycle. Maintain industry network, provides comprehensible view on all facility rationalization and simplication initiatives & able to steer complex projects in this area and to ensure contribution to major projects in other areas, with a strong operational component
• Special Advisor to Upstream Leadership team on technical aspects.
• Train, coordinate & govern business project managers delivering the projects. Develop business models for co-operation with service providers with a view to maximise OMV Petrom value
• Apply Corporate Project Management Directive on all ongoing projects

Your profile

• Master's degree: Engineering, Sciences, Economics, Commercial or Business 
• Extensive & international knowledge across own discipline.
• Has excellent understanding of the business context, all interfaces and interdependencies and manages complex projects, workflows with other disciplines. Very good knowledge of principles, strategies, working methods.
• Management roles: with > 10 years of leadership experience
• Relevant professional experience:  ˃ 15 years preferable in Oil&Gas industry
• Good understanding of the whole value chain from subsurface to the delivery
• Good understading of the Value Center product landscape
• Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements, especially with regards to carbon management
• Excellent written and spoken English
