Your tasks

• Coordinates and plans automation solution development and implementation (resource planning, robot type definition, and AI);
• Coordinates root‑cause analysis, resolves incidents, and triggers the change process;
• Closely aligns with process owners in the Borealis Group to identify and analyse automation potential, analyses defined automation needs, and acts as the primary customer interface throughout the project lifecycle;
• Defines, designs, develops, tests, and maintains automation solutions and processes.
• Analyses and provides solutions for complex user requests, resolves service failures and defines related procedures, and fixes problems;
• Continually improves the effectiveness and efficiency of IT processes and automation services at team/department level;
• Defines and customises technical solutions and processes and ensures technical service delivery through continuous knowledge exchange and best‑practice implementations; participates in projects, provides technical advice, and performs technical implementations;
• Consults on technical solutions—especially within Borealis Digital Solutions—and advises project managers, service managers, and business consultants on technical questions and possible solutions; reports to the direct manager and project managers, especially on defined KPIs, including analysis or root‑cause analysis in case of technical system failures;
• Ensures centralisation and analysis of business requirements in cooperation with the process SM on the client side, including estimations and documentation.

Your profile

• Master Diploma: IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering ;
• Relevant professional experience: more than 9 years;
• Extensive experience in traditional Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven automation in large-scale environments. Proven expertise in building Intelligent Automation solutions for clients using tools such as Blue Prism, Copilot Studio Agent, and Azure OpenAI;
• Excellent IT and software development background, with proficiency in multiple programming languages;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook);
• Solid knowledge of Service Management processes (ITIL Foundation; certifications in Service Design, Service Operation, and Service Transition are valuable add-ons);
• Excellent knowledge of Information Security principles and practices;
• Experience in business process improvement and reengineering (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean). Deep knowledge of industry standards such as TOGAF. Excellent understanding of IT and OT systems;
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written).
