Your tasks
- Responsible to develop solid data management processes, incl. templates, tools and training and drive their implementation
- Collaboration with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide coaching to ensure application of the agreed processes and implementation of key data roles
- Drive and measure improvements in data quality
- Responsible to build a Data Community in Borealis and increase overall data literacy
- Support in scoping and designing data analytics projects and solutions
- Monitor and escalate any request which may result in data security exposure
- Evaluation and recommendation of new and emerging data management technologies and practices
Your profile
- Master’s degree: IT/ Cybernetics / Economical Informatics
- Relevant professional experience: more than 7 years in Data Modeling / Analytics
- Excellent knowledge in producing clear and concise reports and briefings. Organized, analytical, attentive to details
- Excellent knowledge of business procedures and processes in respective area and latest technical trends / solutions
- Proven track record for helping companies advance their data maturity
- Experience in providing business- and functional leaders your expert advice on data management, and how it supports the company strategy
- Experience with enterprise architecture, data management and/or data governance methodologies such as DAMA BOK, TOGAF, MIKE2.0, ITIL, DGI
- Experience in using leading data management tools and applications
- Solid knowledge of agile principles and practices such as Kanban and Scrum
- Advanced command of English (written and spoken).
