Your tasks
- Responsible for appropriate management and technical delivery of individual Opportunity Maturation Projects (TG0-2) for operated and non-operated projects as well as for business development according to OMPD and HCDP.
- Fully accountable for the technical definition of the opportunity and delivery of the Field Development Plan. Together with the Opportunity Manager he/she is responsible for optimization of the life-cycle value throughout the OMPD from TG 0 to 2 for Operated, None Operated and Business Development projects.
- He/She represents the technical aspects towards internal assurance and decision gates but also in external meetings, such as consortia partners, governmental authorities, eg. TCM.
- He/She further supports the project beyond TG2.
- He/She manages an integrated technical team of various expertise and skill sets
- Manages key technical stakeholders to progress project through OMPD and Hydrocarbon Development process.
- He/She conducts development project relevant events such as opportunity framing, IGR leadership, Responsibilities in project developments will be assigned case by case by in accordance with TG decisions, PIN or Project Charter:
- The Senior Expert Development has to lead a project team up to 45 people (project core team size: 10-15) in a complex and multicultural environment. He/She focuses on technical decisions to be made by the project owner throughout the project maturation, based on predefined success criteria, associated tradeoffs and functional requirements. Decisions will be recorded appropriately, follow the Management of Change (MoC) process. He/She sets the priorities and focuses for the development team accordingly.
- The Senior Expert Development provides support for the governance bodies (project owners and steering committee members) and escalates relevant issues, key risks and uncertainties at least on a monthly basis.
- The Senior Expert Development ensures that the required resources are capable, available and integrated into the project organization. He/She is supporting to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities within the project- organization.
Your profile
- Bechelor degree in geosciences and / or reservoir engineering
- Relevant professional experience: > 7 years
- Mangement role: with >3 years leadership experience
- Strongly developed interpersonal skills, analytical skills and negotiation abilities
- Strong communication abilities and advanced knowledge of English (written and oral);
- Over 9 years E&P experience in different positions
- Experience in integrated project work
- Material subsurface knowledge and background
- Substantial On/Off-shore Exerience
- Extended experience in reservoir management / studies
