Your tasks

  • Responsible for coordinating and maintaining SuccessFactors Employee Central and core HR processes, ensuring data accuracy, system stability, and optimal end user experience across modules – e.g. Personnel Administration, Time and Attendance, Onboarding, Organizational Management, Talent Acquisition module;
  • Act as primary owner of Employee Central, including Personnel Administration, Job Information, Compensation data, Organizational Management, and workflows. Secondary support for MySF suite Talent modules (such as Learning, Compensation, Performance, Recognition, etc.);
  • Ensure proper and accurate configuration and customization of HR systems in collaboration with IT to support evolving business and policy requirements, following the Global IT technology roadmaps and architecture. Align technical setups with HR processes to enhance system usability and performance. Ensure system design supports data quality, integrity, and compliance standards;
  • Ensures and approves role-based permissions and data privacy regulations according to governance in place. Coordinate with IT security teams to enforce compliance with organizational and legal standards. Conduct periodic audits to verify security settings and resolve access-related incidents;
  • Oversees system rollouts, upgrades, and change initiatives, including user acceptance testing and post-go-live stabilization. Participate in system roadmap planning, assessing impact and feasibility of new features;
  • Lead complex issue resolution, root cause analysis, and liaison with global system owners or external vendors;
  • Drive process improvements in EC and core HR processes, collaborating with People Services and HRBP teams;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated user issues, incidents, and technical requests. Monitor system performance, manage support tickets, and collaborate on root cause resolution. Develop FAQs, training materials, and user guides to improve system adoption and self-service.

Your profile

  • Master Diploma: IT, Business / Economics, Engineering;
  • Relevant professional experience: more than 7 years;
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage digital solution activities;
  • Relevant Experience in HRIS/P&C Digital or HR Operations and hands on with SAP SuccessFactors Suite – focus on Employee Central, Time and Attendance, Organizational Management, Time & Attendance, Onboarding;
  • Familiarity with additional digital tools, platforms, and emerging technologies is considered an advantage;
  • Integrations & analytics: Understanding of interfaces (e.g., SAP, APIs, downstream effects (payroll/finance/analytics), and comfort with dashboarding (e.g., Power BI/Tableau);
  • Project & change management: Proven delivery of releases/rollouts/UAT; ability to manage roadmaps and stakeholder communications (Agile and/or ITIL service management experience desirable);
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management: Ability to translate business requirements into system/process designs; confident with senior stakeholders across functions;
  • Very good knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance across all systems, including role‑based permissions, GDPR/privacy, audit controls, data quality standards,  validation rules, and exception handling;
  • Advanced English Skills.
