Purpose of the position

You will be part of an international team responsible for managing the key digital applications for OMV/Petroms Retail & Convenience Business with strong focus on one of the strategic growth areas: E-Mobility. You will manage integrations for the CPO backend as well as the Mobility Service Provider System. Covering the entire application lifecycle, you will ensure that new business requirements are translated into specifications and changes are prioritized and implemented with a value & customer focus in mind. This is an international role, where close alignment with the global team is a key success factor.

Your tasks

• Manage CPO & eMSP application performance throughout entire lifecycle;
• Lead the analysis of business requirements for CPO/MSP applications and manage their implementation with external vendors;
• Assess, define and enforce operating models, standards and KPIs for CPO/MSP applications as well as Hybrid & SaaS solutions;
• Steer & manage internal & external stakeholders to ensure operations according to established standards and procedures;
• Contribute to projects and programs as work package lead or as defined in the work package structures;
• Accountable for improvement ideas throughout all relevant upcoming projects;
• Lead and drive software solution tenders in the area of Retail & Convenience;
• Supervise IT testing activities (take the lead for technical tests) and coordinate support of UAT activities;
• Assess, Identify and recommend training needs for business users;
• Report to the senior management on defined KPIs and vendor performance.

Your profile

• Master’s degree: IT or similar, relevant education;
• Relevant professional experience: more than 7 years in information technology, business administration, project management and/or consulting;
• Experience in Retail/e-mobility Business or related business know-how is a plus;
• Advanced experience in IT service management and IT architecture & integration with enterprise application landscapes and experience in managing continuous integration as well as proven track record in the retail sector, cross commodities (physical and financial) with involvement in IT implementation projects;
• Strong understanding of business requirements analysis and IT solution specification;
• Advance knowledge in Service Support for large-scale and diverse environments of incident management, escalation procedures in related disciplines;
• Experience with mobile applications, user interface design, and integration of electric vehicle functionalities;
• Excellent knowledge of CPO & MSP applications and their ecosystems (roaming etc.);
• Open minded personality;
• Fluency in English.
