Your tasks

• Accountable for the IT R&M integration strategy process, supporting the BU Heads and to define the BU IT strategies and implement IT strategy into operations.
• Collaborates with Application / System Architects and aligns with CIO enterprise architecture and Div. IT, works on higher level (e. g. integration of existing application landscapes and design of new landscapes). Provides technical and integration architectural guidance in demands and projects, supports solution design and ensures compliance of systems including R&M central applications.
• Defines future roadmap for IT landscape, processes and applications integration architecture in collaboration with relevant stakeholders (e. g. CIO office, Div. IT, internal IT departments, security and architecture, and compliance) and interfaces (incl. definition of requirements); owns application integration architecture following the internal IT guidelines (esp. security, enterprise architecture).
• Assists Solution Architects, and Project Managers in matching technology services to specific business service and application development projects to ensure consistent use throughout the enterprise. Acting as an Solution Architect for R&M central applications.
• Improves business performance through information solutions and capabilities, such as master data management, metadata management, analytics, and recommends changes to increase operational effectiveness and enable effective data and analytics governance.
• Manages relation and communication towards BU, ITC and countries in strong alignment with Strategy and Portfolio Management.
• Manages interface to IT delivery and vendors from demand and projects point of view.
•  Contributes & supports the transformation of IT Demand into projects and Programs as Technical Lead by aligning the technical solutions with the involved parties/suppliers, collecting the effort estimations from the internal and external suppliers and inserting them as cost plans in the service now tool. Ownership/reponsible for implementation of selected / assigned IT demands and projects. Gives technical advice and performs technical implementations.

Your profile

• Master's degree: Computer Science, Engineering or Business
• Has excellent understanding of the business context, all interfaces and interdependencies and manages complex workflows with other disciplines. Has knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of systems, peripheral devices, and the most sophisticated information technologies.
• Specific Microsoft Azure certifications (Azure Fundamentals, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Developer Associate, etc.)
• Relevant professional experience: > 9 years
• Strong analytical abilities, negotiations, communication and presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge of architecture concepts (technology, applications, data, business processes)
• Advanced knowledge of processes, roles and responsibilities on BU level
•  In-depth knowledge of Azure stack and develop solutions based on Azure resources
• Fluent in English language, capable of writing well in English and holding discussions and meetings with non-Romanian parties
