Your tasks

• Advises OMV Petrom EB members on sensitive capital markets issues; analyses alternatives and recommends appropriate action
• Advises on communication implications for organization and monitors development of factors which could affect organization
• Coordinates drafting and distribution or drafts and distributes reports for top management with relevant information and feedback regarding the capital market, by means of (without being limited to) analysts' consensus and analysts' reactions, investors' perception of results, main messages delivered during investor roadshows/ conferences and analysts' reactions (to news released by the company)
• Takes the lead in drafting, aligning and implementing OMV Petrom's strategy to attract retail investors and proposes concrete actions to stimulate the trading of SNP shares by retail investors. 
• Ensures alignment and manages relationship with IR OMV AG and OMV Petrom press office
• Ensures an active management of the relationship between the company and the financial markets (shareholders and potential shareholders, analysts, etc)
• Analyzes the use of IR products by AI tools that investors could use in the selection of stocks to invest in, and proposes adapting/improving measures 
• Takes the lead in providing guidance to analysts within the limits of disclosure agreed internally
• Provides feedback to analysts on factual errors identified in the research reports
• Provides timely, accurate, consistent, complete and honest public disclosure of information -- whether financial or non-financial -- to company's shareholders, investors and analysts in order to support the investment decision process, by means of (without being limited to annual reports; quarterly reports; ad-hoc reports and news releases ("investor news")
• Responsible to initiate, drive and coordinate IR projects

Your profile

• Master degree in Economic/Finance
• Relevant professional experience: > 9 years
• Recognized as an expert in a broad field of capital markets and research, oil & gas business coverage
• Excellent execution, expertise, interaction and innovation skills
• Solid knowledge of the company and oil & gas / energy industry
• Good understanding of financial statements and macroeconomics
• Ability to collaborate with Executive management
• In-depth knowledge of capital market regulations and Company Law
• Solid knowledge of English language
• Computer skills (MS Office, internet, Acrobat Reader)
