Your tasks
- Contribute to the build-up of the OMV Petrom Low Carbon Business (LCB) from a business projects & support perspective.
- Contribute to leading the further detailing and implementation of the Low Carbon Business strategy and the development of specific strategies, e.g. for individual business areas, business models, markets, technologies and off-takers.
- Manage Low Carbon Business programs, projects and initiatives, e.g. with regards to organizational build-up, operational excellence or strategy operationalization.
- Represent Low Carbon Business in OMV Petrom and OMV group-wide strategy projects as well as in business programs, projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to leading the build-up and maintainance of operational excellence in all Low Carbon Business areas and to the definition of specific and streamlined LCB governance, processes and regulations.
- Strongly contribute to the LCB Value Center administration and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage, steer and optimize LCB OPEX and CAPEX, cash flows and contribute to all planning planning activities like MTP, business plan (incl. cost center planning).
- Coordinate and perform all kinds of OMV Petrom and OMV Group wide reporting activities.
Your profile
- Master’s degree: Business, technical or other relevant education
- Relevant professional experience: > 12 years
- Strong project management and project leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of strategy development, organizational development, operational excellence, new ways of working and business management
- Good understanding of business models and opportunities in the area of Low Carbon Business
- Good understanding of energy market trends and underlying drivers as well as of the overall transition of the industry landscape
- High intrinsic motivation to work in the LCB area and to contribute to OMV Petrom's energy transition
- Active drive to develop new skills and knowledge
- Fluent in English
