Your tasks

  • Lead the analysis of mobile application related business requirements and manage their implementation with external vendors
  • Assess, define and enforce coresponding operating models, standards and KPIs for new and existing mobile application solutions
  • Steer & manage internal & external stakeholders to ensure operations according to established standards and procedures
  • Contribute to projects and programs as work package lead or as defined in the workpackage structures
  • Accountable for improvement ideas throughout all relevant upcomming projects
  • Manage system and vendor performance
  • Lead and drive software solution tenders in the area of Retail & Convenience
  • Supervise IT testing activtities (take the lead for technical tests) and coordiante support of UAT activities.

Your profile

  • Master's degree: IT
  • A Key expert with advanced knowledge across own discipline. Has advanced understanding of the business context, all interfaces and interdependencies and manages complex workflows with other disciplines. Has knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of systems (both software and hardware), interfaces, middleware and software development
  • Relevant professional experience: > 7 years
  • Experience in Retails systems and/or cash register systems, experience in IT system operations, experience in working in large scale projects and in corporate environments
  • At least 7 years of experience as well as a university degree (Master / Diploma) in information technology, business administration, project management and/or consulting
  • Advanced experience in IT service management and IT architecture & integration with enterprise application landscapes and experience in managing continuous integration as well as proven track record in the retail sector with involvement in IT implementation projects.
  • Fluency in English, additional German and other language skills are advantageous.
