Your tasks
- Global responsibility for strategic and operational decisions on the Workplace Service Desk services;
- Designs Service Desk services based on concrete business needs, reflecting relevant increased in user satisfaction KPI;
- Implements and customizes technical solutions and processes and ensures technical service delivery through continuous knowledge exchange and best practice implementations;
- Participates in projects, gives technical advice and performs technical implementations in Service Desk area;
- Ensures governance, controls, and operational best practices to ensure highly usable and stable workplace services for all end users;
- Develops a suitable service for the organization and is responsible for the content of the service portfolio in Service Desk area;
- Owns Key expert level communication and interaction including consulting, understanding, and supporting of the End User strategy;
- Designs, implements, and reviews the department projects aligned with the business needs.
Your profile
- Master’s degree: IT&C;
- Relevant professional: more than 7 years experience in IT
- Advanced knowledge of business specific IT&C areas: Design and build hybrid infrastructure network data; Agile Methodology;Project Management Metodology; Cisco Switch and Routing, WLAN, EIGRP, xSTP, vPC, OSPFv2/v3, BGP/MP-BGP, VXLAN/EVPN, Load Balancers, Traffic Engineering(Route Maps), MAC SEC
- Are of advantage: CISCO Software Defined Network (ACI), WiFi 6, Azure Virtual Network, Cisco ISE, NSX (-V/-T), Citrix Netscaler, Layer 7 WAF
- Advance understanding of IT Infrastructure model, who shapes the technology demand among the business community
- Advanced experience in scripting specific to automation of network services provisioning
- Advanced knowledge of DevOps practices and automation with focus on Microsoft Azure Devops/Ansible
- Advanced experience with ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access) technologies
- Advanced knowledge in ITIL and IT security
- Proven experience in rolling out and operating CISCO and other IT network switching and routing technologies
- User and application centric thinking and mindset, being able to identify and understand collaboration and productivity needs
