Your tasks

• Designs, defines, implements, documents, oversees and continuously improves the governance framework of the assigned processes together with the SIAM.
• Monitors effective and efficient process execution and performance with respect to assigned processes and reports to SIAM and management on overall process health, including data insights with tangible value-oriented KPIs to enable the identification of trends, required improvement actions and optimization potential, tool new developments etc.
• Ensures that service level agreements (SLAs) are defined and monitored.
• Establishes reports and dashboards on IT Service Management (ITSM) processes as well as sourcing partner KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversees the new software releases of the ServiceNow platform in strong alignment with other process managers, SIAM and application managers.
• Is involved in delivering projects related to the relevant process framework that create additional business value, reduce costs and increase end user satisfaction. Takes part in project milestones and provides all necessary details regarding operational processes.
• Builds and coordinates process-related training formats and content.
• Ensures proper KPI reporting for all operations and processes to enable IT to deliver excellent services on a global scale.

Your profile

• Master’s degree: Technical Studies, Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, Business Informatics
• Relevant professional experience: > 7 years
• Advanced analytical skills; significant experience in the area of ITSM.
• Advanced knowledge to abstract complex situations and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in working in a federated and international organization, understanding of digital trends.
• Advanced capabilities in data analytics and reporting, very good knowledge of ITSM tools - preferably ServiceNow platform and related modules, ITIL v3/4 certification.
• Very good problem-solving skills (facts & figures based), with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Advanced skills in communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced command of English (written and spoken).
